Grof holotropic Breathwork Retreat Day with optional additional Integration Day in West Cork, Ireland

Participants have the option to attend the Grof Breathwork day alone, or further the therapeutic integration of their experience by attending the Integration day on Sunday also. 

​

On the Saturday, there will be the usual full day Grof Breathwork day, which offers participants the opportunity to be a breather once, and a sitter to a fellow participant also. 

We start at 9am with an opening, preparation and sharing circle, and have our first breathwork session in the morning. We then break for lunch, followed by the second breathwork session of the day. After dinner, we have a comprehensive integration session with the whole group.

There is a preparation call with all participants on zoom 1 week before the event. This allows all participants to already get to know each other as well as receive all necessary information for the upcoming breathwork day.

All participants are offered to join a follow-up integration call online 1 week after the event. 

​

The Fee is 200 Euros and includes a light lunch and dinner as well as the preparatory and follow-up zoom session. Limited on-site accommodation is available on site at additional cost.

The Integration Day on Sunday is an optional addition for any participant who would like to deepen the integration of their experience through modalities that nurture and address body, mind and soul. 

Its a beautiful opportunity to stay a while longer in the nourishing support of community and a tranquil environement. 

The day will start with a gentle yoga and meditation practice and a sound bath. We will then have generous time for deeper therapeutic integration and group processing, as well as time to go inward and connect with ourselves, be it through journaling, connection to nature, movement and dance or art. There will be the offering of Hapé (sacred tobacco) and / or cacao also.

The cost for the integration day is 100 Euros.
